We offer special orders for many food, treat, and supply items through our trusted distributors.

How it works

• Submit your request using the form here

• We’ll confirm availability, pricing, and timing

• Once approved, we’ll place your order and confirm with you via email, text or call depending on your preference

Timing

Most special orders arrive within 3–14 days, depending on distributor schedules.
We typically place orders weekly, but certain items may only be ordered once per month based on availability and distributor requirements.

Payment

• First-time special orders require pre-payment before we place the order

• For returning customers, payment can be made at pickup

• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of arrival

• Orders not picked up within that timeframe may be forfeited to make space for incoming inventory

Order Minimums

Some items may require a minimum quantity due to distributor requirements — we’ll always let you know ahead of time.

Returns & Exchanges

Special order items are final sale unless there is a defect or issue with the product.
